Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Guardian Daily and this website. Please read them before subscribing.

Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Guardian Daily is provided by Rosemarie Gail Norris, trading as Guardian Enterprise ("Guardian", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Guardian Daily on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are using it personally, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract where you live.

2. What Guardian Daily is

Guardian Daily is a personal AI assistant that helps you plan your day, coordinate family logistics and keep track of commitments. It proposes; you decide. Actions with real consequences require your explicit approval. Guardian Daily is a general-purpose personal tool. It is not medical, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it must not be relied upon as such.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Guardian Daily for anything unlawful; for fraud, spam or harassment; to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; to generate illegal content, deceptive impersonations of real people, hate speech or malware; to attempt to bypass safety limits, approval requirements or usage restrictions; or to interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including probing, scanning, scraping or reverse engineering it. You must not resell or redistribute the service.

5. AI outputs and your responsibility

Guardian Daily uses artificial intelligence. Outputs can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong, and you are responsible for reviewing them before acting. You are responsible for the content you provide, for having the rights to any content you input, and for how you use what Guardian produces. We may filter, refuse or moderate outputs, and we may remove content or restrict accounts where these terms are breached. If you believe content produced through the service infringes your rights, contact us and we will investigate; repeated infringement will result in account termination.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in Guardian Daily, including its software, documentation, design and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your current plan. You keep the rights in the content you provide, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely so we can operate the service for you.

7. Service availability

We work to keep Guardian Daily available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond our reasonable control can interrupt the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Payments, subscriptions and taxes

Guardian Daily is sold as a monthly subscription at $14.99 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and you can cancel at any time. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. When access ends you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or connected to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you provide, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified through the service or by email, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. Questions: hello@guardianenterprise.ai.
